What does your Service Call include?

  

10 Point Fireplace Service Call & Safety Inspection includes:


  1. Remove logs, burner, and accessories and place on tarp.
  2. Thoroughly clean fireplace unit including each log and clean burner.
  3. Clean fire-rated glass.
  4. Check for gas leaks, loose fittings and tighten all gas connections.
  5. Inspect and clean pilot assembly.
  6. Inspect and clean thermocouple millivolt assembly.
  7. Inspect and tighten all electrical and non-electrical wires.
  8. Check batteries in remote control and in remote receiver.
  9. Explain fireplace operation.
  10. Check dante valves for proper operation.


Service calls cost $325 but additional charges may apply if unit is dirty.
